THE COOLEST SHOW ON TELEVISION

Alright, could Sesame Street be any cooler? I don't think so.

Yesterday, Will Arnett (or maybe it was GOB?) was doing magic tricks with Elmo, complete with "Final Countdown"-type music. (Thanks, Candace, for the tip!) If that isn't enough, today there was a 30 Rock parody and Feist singing 1-2-3-4!

I wish Luke realized how great all this is, but unfortunately, I think the "coolness" is going over his head.

  1. I love that he is "Max" the Magician. So funny!!! I wish though that he had a knife in his mouth and a fan blowing the scarfs on his face... but that probably would have weirded Luke out.

  2. I watched Sesame Street pretty recently and OMG YOU ARE RIGHT. It is the coolest show ever and everything just goes over the kids' heads.

I know it all went over my head when I was a kid.

  3. If you think that's cool, you should see their skit paroding High School Musical. Absolutely cracked me up. The Indiana Jones skit is pretty funny too. I got a good laugh at the boulder and the snake.

Yes, I watch Sesame Street just about everyday. Sometimes I find myself watching when Carson is still napping. I need help.

  4. Peter saw Sesame Street for the first time today and it happened to have Neil Patrick Harris playing the shoe fairy. Ever since seeing "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" I've been a little fonder of him, so it was kind of cool seeing him on there.

But then, I've always loved Sesame Street.

  7. Confession: I miss Seasame Street! The fact that it's on when we eat breakfast (not my choice of time)really rankles me! And it's only on once a day here - I remember getting it at least twice a day growing up.
